  • This is a practice of breath centered movement steeped in the traditions of Hatha yoga where shapes may be held with or without the support of props for an extended period of time.

  • Yoga for mobility is deeply personalized to the individuals needs. After a discussion Brenda will guide you through a 60 minute session that is designed to meet each individuals goals whether that is to continue to be able to get out into the garden, to pick up your grandchildren or to balance your workout session.
